Services
Five services, one job: make the equipment and the data go away properly.
Most of what follows is the same underlying work described at different scales: collect it, account for every drive, destroy the data, document what happened, and recover whatever value is left rather than shredding it.
Secure data destruction
Every drive sanitised to NIST 800-88 or physically destroyed, with a certificate listing every serial number and the method used against each one.
Collection within one working day. Certificate within one working day of collection, once destruction or verified sanitisation is complete.
IT equipment collection and disposal
Laptops, desktops, phones, monitors and networking gear collected, usually free and with no minimum quantity.
Leicester collections are normally next working day. Wider Midlands is confirmed when I quote.
Office moves and clearances
The IT half of a relocation, downsizing or closure, handled to the deadline you actually have.
Quoted on a site visit, worked to your deadline.
Server and network decommissioning
Servers, switches, firewalls and storage taken out cleanly, with every drive accounted for.
Scoped on a site visit; typically completed in a single visit.
Resale and value recovery
Where equipment is worth more than the job costs, you get paid for it rather than charged.
Valuation within two working days of an equipment list.
Not sure which one
Then start with what you actually have.
A rough count and a location is enough. If the honest answer is that another provider suits you better, you will get that answer instead of a quote.
