05 / Value
Resale and value recovery
Where equipment is worth more than the job costs, you get paid for it rather than charged.
The work
What this service is for.
Retired equipment is not automatically waste. Recent machines, server components, networking hardware and graphics cards frequently carry real residual value, and a disposal provider who does not tell you that is quietly keeping the difference. Where a fleet is worth more than the cost of handling it, the position is put in writing before collection and you are paid for it.
Good fit
When to call.
- 01
A recent fleet is being refreshed while it still holds value.
- 02
Server components, networking hardware or GPUs are being retired.
- 03
You have been offered free collection and want to know what you are giving away.
- 04
You want the residual value evidenced rather than assumed.
What you get
Paperwork you can hand to somebody else.
The exact scope is agreed before collection. These are the outputs that make the job defensible afterwards, which is the part that matters when someone asks.
- Deliverable 01Written valuation of the equipment before collection
- Deliverable 02Clear statement of who keeps what, and who pays whom
- Deliverable 03Data destruction and certification regardless of the commercial outcome
- Deliverable 04Settlement after resale where a share was agreed
Expected outcomes
What should be different.
- 01
You know what your equipment is worth before you part with it
- 02
Value recovered rather than written off
- 03
The commercial position agreed in writing, in advance
However small the job
Tell me what you have and I will tell you what happens to it.
A rough count and a location is enough to give you a straight answer on cost, timing and what the certificate will say.
